If you know how to lead a marketing team to engage large numbers of people over the full marketing mix of channels, you can help us meet our goal of increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33% over the next three years.
You will need:
You will join the Individual Giving & Legacies team as Innovation Manager. You will be leading the upskilling of the fundraising directorate in agile ways of working, creating Mind’s innovation pipeline for new product development, working with external partners and empowering fundraising teams to test and learn at pace.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home, with an expectation of being home based for the next six months or until updated government guidelines are published. However, if / when government guidelines change the role may then revert to being office based, whilst retaining some flexible working options.
