We’re Mind, the mental health charity. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and we campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Will you join us?
You will join the Community and Events team as Community Manager. You will be leading the Community team of 8 to develop our supporter led fundraising adopting a relationship building approach to grow income and provide an excellent experience.
If you know how to lead a marketing team to engage large numbers of people over the full marketing mix of channels, you can help us meet our goal of increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33% over the next three years.
You will need:
Excellent team management skills
Experience of project management involving colleagues from other teams
Experience of managing multi-channel and multi-product portfolios
Experience of launching new marketing channels, products or propositions based on audience insight and market trends.
This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home, with an expectation of being home based for the next six months or until updated government guidelines are published. However, if / when government guidelines change the role may then revert to being office based, whilst retaining some flexible working options.
