Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local Charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £4M, over 150 staff and 240 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.
This exciting opportunity has emerged as a result of a restructure to the finance team. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance function, managing two other staff. They will report in to the Head of Finance & Resources.
Applicants should be qualified accountants or part-qualified with a number of years’ experience at a senior level. They should have the ability to ensure the integrity of the trial balance is maintained and be able to produce both financial and management accounts. They should have a positive can do, problem solving attitude and an appreciation of the importance of their role in enabling the organisation to meet its goals.
