About the role:

Derbyshire Mind is one of a federated network of local Mind charities across the country. Our focus is on improving mental health and wellbeing for people across Derbyshire and Derby City. We provide a range of advocacy and community wellbeing services designed to support people with mental health problems as well as the wider population. We are committed to developing innovative and responsive services which further promote mental health awareness and wellbeing.

Are you a highly committed, dynamic individual wanting to make a difference and support the improvement of mental wellbeing in Derbyshire?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to lead the overall management and delivery of the support functions for Derbyshire Mind. This includes HR, Administration, IT, Information Governance (GDPR) and Health and Safety.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing the key support functions: HR, Administration, IT, Information Governance (GDPR) and Health and Safety. They will have excellent organisational skills, advanced IT skills and the ability to manage internal and external relationships, as well as an enthusiastic, committed approach and personal resilience. The role will be based at one of Derbyshire Mind’s office sites in Derby/Chesterfield, with occasional travel across Derbyshire and within the UK.
