Data & CRM Officer

About the role

We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2023 – 35 Hours per week

We have big goals over the next few years.

We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Will you join us?

We are embarking on our new, three-year Data, Insight, and CRM Strategy, to maximise our data as an asset, create an insight-driven culture and modernise our ways of working. As part of this, we are introducing new tools, technology, and processes to continually improve our data and CRM capabilities; and empower a digital-first approach.

As Data & CRM Services Officer you will be the initial point of contact for our CRM users who log tickets on our support desk, providing first line support and triaging tickets for the team.

The role is varied and will require attention to detail, an ability to multitask, work to conflicting deadlines and an ability to take the initiative to resolve the wide range of user issues/queries, we receive day to day. Reporting to the Data & CRM Services Manager, the role will bring great customer service experience and will work closely with members of the CRM, Data & Insight Team as well as all CRM user teams across Mind.

You will also work closely with the Fundraising, Communication and Networks and Communities teams, assisting with imports, creating and maintaining campaign codes, managing the CRM user accounts of new joiners, leavers and those with changing roles in Mind as well as carrying out standard database housekeeping procedures such as cleaning and merging duplicate records.

You will also work closely with the rest of the organisation to make sure data integrity is maintained and we support all Mind users.

Closing Date: 9th November 2021

Mind reserve the right to close the vacancy to applications earlier, should we receive a high volume of strong candidates – therefore we encourage an early application.
