We’re Mind, the leading mental health charity in England and Wales.
We are currently looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join our high performing communications and marketing team and play a key part in helping Mind achieve its strategic goals.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing Mind’s external presence across our many and varied audiences, ensuring brand consistency and effective project management and story-telling techniques are used for maximum impact. You’ll manage Mind’s flagship campaigns, ensuring that key communications ‘moments’ are used to promote different aspects of Mind’s work, from policy and campaigns, to mental health information and fundraising. You’ll also oversee the communications for our growing activities in workplace wellbeing and with an exciting range of corporate partnerships.
Leading a team of 6, you’ll have excellent people and team management skills, as well as the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will protect and promote Mind’s brand and play an important role in the management of Mind’s external profile and reputation.
