Buckinghamshire Mind has over 500 volunteers (including 400 peer ambassadors/mentors in schools and over 100 in befriending partnerships). These dedicated individuals support our passionate staff team alongside an active service user council, who all ensure our services are tailored to need and are of the highest quality.
As Team Lead of Children and Young People’s Services, you will project manage and deliver our large portfolio of Peer Support Mentoring Programmes in Schools and Mental Health Education service; developing and enhancing the programmes’ impact and reach. You will be responsible for the line management of three Peer Support in Schools Educators who will also deliver on these projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience of working in schools (or with children and young people) around mental health and wellbeing. You will require a positive can-do attitude with the ability to manage projects and deliver excellent quality work across a range of contracts.
