About the role

Buckinghamshire Mind has seen significant growth and development over the past five years, publishing its new three year strategy in August 2021. Our ambitions are bold. The creation of this new role is a key outcome, and will underpin our ability to meet our strategic priorities at a time when ensuring that everyone with a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve is more important than ever.

This role will lead a team that focuses on all aspects of quality, compliance and evaluation across the organisation. Working collaboratively with the Head of Services and the wider operational management team the focus will be on:-

• To support the development and delivery of high quality, effective and safe services across Buckinghamshire Mind in accordance with our vision and values.
• driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance
• ensuring we are adhering to all elements of the Mind Quality Mark
• moving forward on the stated quality initiatives within our new strategy

Working as a member of the senior management team, the role will embrace our strategic golden threads of, Inclusive, Informed and Agile, in all decision making.

The postholder will have the drive to support the delivery of high-quality, inclusive modern services and the ability to engage and enthuse colleagues, volunteers, those who use our services and other stakeholders.
