Part time 22.5 hours per week (working days to be agreed)
£25,000 per annum pro rata (£15,202 per annum actual for 22.5 hrs per week)
Hybrid home-working model with a minimum of 1 day per week from our High Wycombe or Chesham offices
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating all our internal and external EDI activities across Buckinghamshire Mind. Excellent, culturally competent, collaboration skills are essential for this role as it requires being able to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Three golden threads run through our new strategy, published in 2021 – Inclusive, Informed and Agile. This role is integral to the delivery of our inclusion golden thread, focused on:-
This new role is being put in place to help us make a step forward and is for an initial 12-month period. This will be reviewed towards the end of the project.
