Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind - Peer Support Manager

About the role

Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £5M, over 150 staff and 260 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

Our team in Greenwich work well together to offer a range of support to promote wellbeing and help people to manage their mental health. As our Peer Support Manager you will lead the development and delivery of peer support sessions and activities to support this, working with volunteers to develop new opportunities. Groups will be held online, at our Greenwich centre and at venues across the Greenwich borough.

In addition you will line manage the Connecting Communities Coordinator and Hospital to Home Senior Peer Support Worker, supporting those projects to achieve their objectives.
