This exciting opportunity has emerged as a result of a restructure to the small finance team. The post holder will be responsible for a range of functions within the finance team including preparation and submission of the monthly payroll for the organisation, bank reconciliations, robust control of the petty cash accounts and credit cards and assisting with credit control. They will work alongside another Finance Officer and report in to the Finance Manager.
You will have experience in a similar role. You should have the ability to prepare the monthly payroll and handle payroll related queries without supervision. You should be confidential and discrete, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You should have a positive can do, problem solving attitude and an appreciation of the importance of your role in the smooth running of the organisation.
