Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £4M, over 150 staff and 260 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.
We have significant growth planned in the coming months, and are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our small, passionate, committed and friendly senior management team. The newly formed Director of Operations role promises to be interesting and very rewarding, working collaboratively with staff from across the charity and in partner organisations.
Early priorities for the Director of Operations will include:
With experience managing community-based services, you will need to demonstrate flexibility and creativity, strong project management skills and be an effective communicator. You will have proven influencing and partnership working skills and be able to deliver, from the successful implementation of a new service, to quality improvements and organisational change.
