Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind - Community Transformation Project Manager (2 posts)

About the role

Mental health providers in the Boroughs of Bromley and Greenwich are working together to transform the way that community mental health services operate in line with the expectations of the NHS Long Term Plan and to better meet the needs of local people. Partnerships to deliver the transformation programme include the South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Local Authorities and voluntary sector organisations.

Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life.
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is the mental health trust covering both boroughs, providing a range of in-patient, specialist and community mental health services.

We are seeking two highly skilled Project Managers to help lead the delivery of this ambitious transformation programme. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to deliver complex projects.

We recognise the importance and benefits of having a diverse and inclusive work force, and would therefore particularly welcome applications from the following, currently under-represented, groups:

  • People from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds
  • Disabled people
  • People with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities

BLG Mind is committed to meeting the reasonable adjustments of disabled people.
BLG Mind always welcomes applications from people with lived experience of mental health problems.
Staff benefits include a matched contribution pension scheme, 25 days' holiday (rising with service), quality supervision and training opportunities. See our website for more reasons to work for Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind.
