About the role

Our services aim to contribute to mental and emotional wellbeing and to reduce stigma and discrimination. Bristol Mind is a local charity, affiliated to Mind and committed to Mind’s values and quality management standards.

We’re currently looking for an Advocacy Service Manager to join our busy staff team. Under the guidance of the Head of Services, the Advocacy Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of Bristol Mind’s Advocacy Services, to ensure that all targets are met or exceeded through the effective line management of the team.  They will work as a member of the Leadership Team to provide effective leadership and management of the organisation in line with our strategy and values.

Under the guidance of the Head of Services, the Advocacy Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of Bristol Mind’s Advocacy Services, to ensure that all targets are met or exceeded through the effective line management of the team.  They will work as a member of the Leadership Team to provide effective leadership and management of the organisation in line with our strategy and values.
