About the role

Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster Mind has been delivering services and support for people living in Brent, Wandsworth, Westminster and in some neighbouring boroughs for over 40 years. Our aim is to help people in our local communities to have better mental health and wellbeing and to live the best lives possible.

We are looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker for our service in Brent. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Housing team to help support people with mental health issues to maintain their accommodation, develop skills and ensure their recovery journey in the community.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in the field of mental health, a proven track record in support and housing resettlement. Some of the key areas are: income and expenditure management, support and tenant development, allocations and lettings, move on and resettlement and housing management.
