Assistant Manager - Heald Green

About the role

We have a shop supervisor role available at our Mind charity shop in Heald Green. The position is an excellent opportunity for you if you have, or would like to gain, retail management experience. In the role, you’ll:

  • help our shop manager meet sales and profit targets
  • manage and motivate our shop team, including volunteers
  • give visitors to the shop superb customer service.

About you

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with management or supervisory experience gained in a retail or charity shop. But if you don’t have management experience, don’t worry. We’d still love to hear from you if:

  • you’re passionate about a career in retail
  • you’re prepared to work hard
  • you’re eager to learn.
