Assistant Manager - Ealing (14 hours)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail assistant shop manager in one of our charity shops. You will be responsible for assisting the manager to deliver sales and profit targets. You'll do this through the effective management and motivation of the shop team including volunteers.

You will exceed customer expectations by giving the highest quality of service.

Ideally we want to hear from people with backgrounds in management or supervisor experience in high street or charity retail. If you haven’t got this experience, don’t worry. We're just as interested in people who want a retail career, are prepared to work hard and eager to learn. If that sounds like you then we would love to hear from you too.

In return we offer a great benefits package. The package includes Core Induction and Training, development opportunities, an Employee Assistance Programme and 25 days holiday.

We value the power of diversity. We embrace the different perspectives that each of us bring. We are creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is appreciated for being authentic and bringing their whole selves to work regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.

We are committed to becoming truly anti-racist in everything we do and ensuring that all our employees are treated fairly and equitably at work and promoting equity in physical and mental health for all.

Our strategy has becoming an anti-racist organisation right at the centre of our work. For more information please visit click on the button below.
