An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail assistant shop manager in one of our charity shops. You will be responsible for assisting the manager to deliver sales and profit targets. You'll do this through the effective management and motivation of the shop team including volunteers.
You will exceed customer expectations by giving the highest quality of service.
Ideally we want to hear from people with backgrounds in management or supervisor experience in high street or charity retail. If you haven’t got this experience, don’t worry. We're just as interested in people who want a retail career, are prepared to work hard and eager to learn. If that sounds like you then we would love to hear from you too.
