About the role

The role of a Well-Being Coach is to assess individuals with their mental health and well-being using a strength-based approach to identify and outline with the service user on areas in which they require support. A Well-Being Coach supports service users in their recovery through low and high-intensity support structures in conjunction with the recovery star plan and care plans, by providing 1 to 1 and group support.

There are four roles available:

Aldershot Well-being Centre

1 x Part-time post (15 hours)  Ideally 3 days 9.45 - 2.45, days to be agreed

1 x Full Time post (37 hours) Monday to Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-4.30

Basingstoke Wellbeing Centre

1 x Part Time post (22.5 hours) Monday to Wednesday 9-5

1 x Part Time post (22.5 hours) Wednesday to Friday 9-5
