Our Matt and a few famous friends take on NamCam
Mind ambassador Matt Johnson, has teamed up with celebrity pals Denise Van Outen, Zoe Hardman, Lydia Bright, and Kirsty Williams and today will jump into the saddle to embark on an epic 600KM cycle challenge through Vietnam and Cambodia.
The team are using the gruelling ride to raise vital funds for Mind, as well as Kenyan children’s charity the Vipingo Village Fund.
The team will begin their journey today in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City and will cycle through mixed terrain, visiting local charities and cycling up to 100km a day in the 30+oC heat, before ending in Cambodia's Siem Reap eight days later. It’s an undeniably demanding challenge requiring physical stamina and mental determination.
Their progress will be documented through the viber app where we’ll be keeping an eye on how they’re doing.
