Mind's response to charity sector bullying report

Monday, 10 June 2019 Mind

Acevo and the Centre for Mental Health have published a report about bullying in the charity sector.

The report is based on the experiences of more than 500 people, and looks at the impact that bullying has on people's mental health. The report also makes a series of recommendations for how things need to improve.

The report is available to view on the Acevo website.

Paul Farmer, Chief Executive of Mind, said:

“We welcome this report, which not only exposes serious problems the third sector needs to address, but which also rightly highlights the impact bullying can have on mental health. The report makes a series of very sensible recommendations, which all charities should look to implement. Mind is very supportive of Acevo’s leadership in this area and looking forward to working with them on whatever work comes next.”
