Mind Media Awards 2020

The Mind Media Awards celebrate sensitive, accurate portrayals of mental health in the media.

This year, in place of our Awards event, we’re doing a virtual celebration of some of our past award winners that have help shaped to shape people’s understanding of mental health over the years.

We invited our team of judges, shortlisters and media volunteers to tell us about their favourite winning soaps, dramas, documentaries and news reports, and why they think are so important. We then invited the people who made them – from actors to editors – to share their reflections too. Watch the full stories below.
