A moving film on Frank Bruno explored how the sudden loss of his boxing title, retirement, and divorce resulted in him being sectioned on a number of occasions. The #mumtakeover put parents – with a focus on young mums – at its heart, letting the audience of mums, health experts and celebrities lead and share their stories. From postnatal depression to loneliness and work/life anxieties the programme looked at positive solutions and mum-to-mum peer support.
