The One Show presents a number of features about mental health. A moving film on Frank Bruno explored how the sudden loss of his boxing title, retirement, and divorce resulted in him being sectioned on a number of occasions. Another feature, Save Our Sons, follows three former offenders who share their experiences of mental health as young men.

BBC Radio 5 live and BBC News

On 28 November 2017 BBC 5 live hosted the UK's biggest conversation about mums and mental health. The #mumtakeover put parents – with a focus on young mums – at its heart, letting the audience of mums, health experts and celebrities lead and share their stories. From postnatal depression to loneliness and work/life anxieties the programme looked at positive solutions and mum-to-mum peer support.

Ruby Wax joins a panel of mental health experts on Sunday Morning Live to discuss the stigma around mental health. Ruby shares her own experiences and talks about the battles and prejudices people with mental health problems face and what can be done to improve the services available in the UK.
