We have carried out extensive research into the mental health needs of emergency service workers, the most effective ways to support them and the impact of our work so far.

As a pilot programme, we closely evaluated our work over the first year. The key findings are available to read in the reports below.
These show the huge amount of work that services, organisations and individuals have undertaken to promote wellbeing and challenge stigma so far. They also show the progress that has been made from the initial research findings.

In our second and third years we've continued to provide successful, evidence-based activities, training and information to thousands of blue light staff and volunteers.
