27 27 challenge
This March, we are challenging you to run 27 miles in 27 days, fundraising in solidarity with the 27 per cent of us who report a mental health problem as a student. It’s free and simple to sign up and you can run it in your own time in your own way. Find out more at mind.org.uk/2727
Young people have told us that they want to feel more heard, especially in regards to decisions that affect their lives. Here at Mind, we want to listen.
By joining the Youth Voice Network you will be offered a range of ways to get involved and shape our work. We want to hear from young people with and without personal experience of having mental health problems. You just need to be between the ages of 11 and 24, and be ready to make a difference.

If you’d like to talk to someone about mental health in the meantime, our information line provides an information and signposting service. You can ask them about mental health problems, where to get help near you, treatment options, and advocacy services.
