The Football Association
The governing body for football in England. Has worked with Time to Change to develop amateur football projects for people with mental health problems.

Get Set to Go
Mind's England-only programme that aims to support people with mental health problems to take up a sport or physical activity.

NHS Choices
Online information on a wide range of health-related information, including resources on exercise, diet and healthy living.

Organises free, weekly, 5km timed runs across the UK. They are open to everyone, free of charge, and are safe and easy to take part in.

Sport and Recreation Alliance (SRA)
Umbrella organisation for the governing and representative bodies of sport and recreation in the UK. Together with the Professional Players Federation they have developed The Mental Health Charter for Sport and Recreation.

Sport England
Works to help people and communities across the country create sporting habits for life. Has a role in funding and supporting disability sport.

State of Mind (Rugby league) (Rugby union)
Works to improve mental health and wellbeing of Rugby League and Rugby Union players and communities. Supports super league, championship and amateur clubs as well as colleges and community groups to raise awareness of mental heath within the sports.

The Conservation Volunteers (TCV)
Runs a network of Green Gyms across the UK.

Time to Change
Mind and Rethink Mental Illness campaign that aims to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination.

Walking for Health
Supports a network of walking groups across England.
