About the Thames Path Challenge

Beginning at Putney in West London, the Thames Path Challenge follow the the UK’s most famous river through varied & beautiful scenery all the way to Henley on Thames. You can take on 100km, 50km or 25km as a walk, jog, or run, with a relay option open to teams also.

For our Thames Bridge participants, that's the 25k trek, you can receive a whopping 60% off your registration fee is you register before the end of November.

Our support

Taking part in the Thames Path challenge for Mind, you can expect to receive:

  • Fully signed and supported route
  • Replenishment checkpoints approx every 12 km
  • Physios and catering team
  • Pace walkers, marshals and medics

Whether you're planning to tackle this exciting event as a personal challenge or as a team, we'd love you to join us.

Individuals - Please note, if you wish to run you must intend to complete the course in sub 15 hours/daylight and be self-sufficient between the 12.5km checkpoints.

Teams – Your team must consist of 2 or more members and be headed by a team captain.
