Our national supported self-help programme has now stopped taking new referrals.

We're sorry but our national supported self-help programme has now stopped taking new referrals.

It's still available in many local Minds across England, Wales and the Channel Islands. You can contact your nearest local Mind to see if they deliver supported self-help (or Active Monitoring as it’s also known) in your area. They might also offer other services that could help you.

  • Our online peer support community, Side by Side, offers a safe place to listen, share and be heard.
