Trustee elections

At the end of this year, two trustees elected by the members come to the end of their first 3-year term of office. Jude Trenier and Cynthia Ko were originally elected in 2021 following a ballot of the members. Trustees can serve a maximum of 3 terms of office (9 years in total).

Mind benefits significantly from their contributions to board discussions in their specific areas of expertise – people and culture development, with a focus on young people (Jude), and qualitative research, especially around diversity and inclusion (Cynthia).

The board welcomes applications to join the board of trustees from suitably qualified and experienced Mind members. The closing date for applications this year is Sunday 18 August at 11.59pm. If you wish to apply or would like further details, please contact [email protected].

If there are more suitably qualified candidates than there are vacancies, a ballot will be held to determine the members to be elected to fill the 2 vacancies.

If no applications are received from suitably qualified candidates, Jude and Cynthia will be reappointed unopposed, each for a second term of office.
