Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 13 to 19 May 2024.

For Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, we’re launching #NoMindLeftBehind. We’re calling on you to raise awareness and vital funds for a future where everyone can get quality mental health care when they need it.

No mind left behind

Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem.

But too many of us aren’t getting the help we need.

Over 2 million people are waiting for NHS mental health services, and since 2017 the number of young people struggling with their mental health has nearly doubled.

People tell us they feel overwhelmed and hopeless. They need support right now. With your help we can build a better future, where mental health is handled right.

Without Mind, my mental health would have got worse and worse. Mind and having my son saved me. If those two parts of my life weren’t there, I wouldn’t be here today.

Join the fight for mental health

On our own, we can’t reach everyone. That’s why we’re calling on all political parties in this election year to commit to making sure that everyone can access support when they need it.

And we can only continue to provide our support services with your vital donations. Help support the campaign by sharing on social.

Support Mind

By donating, you can help us drive change and be there for the millions who need us by answering more calls to our helplines, offering support via our website and in local Minds up and down the country.

Before I phoned Mind I had no idea what support I was going to get but once I phoned I was absolutely reassured. It was probably a conversation that only lasted 5 to 10 or 15 minutes but it meant the world to me. My anxiety came down a few notches.

Mind mean a lot to me. They mean support. They're like friends now. They've just been there when nobody else was.
