London Winter Walk 2025

About the London Winter Walk 2025. 

Take in highlights of the Thames, its historic bridges, and many of the capital’s key landmarks, and raise money for mental health!

Choose between marathon, half marathon and 10k routes. 

This is the perfect event to enjoy with family, friends or get a team together with your colleagues.

How much does it cost to sign up to the London Winter Walk Challenge?

There are 3 ways to sign up for the London Winter Walk Challenge.

Option 1 - fundraise for Mind, and we'll cover the cost of your place

As Mind are an official charity partner, you get 50% off on the 'Full Sponsorship' registration fee.

This means you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising, and we cover the cost of your event place.

• If you do 26 miles - Your registration fee will be £15, and you'll fundraise at least £300
• If you do 13 miles - Your registration fee will be £10, and you'll fundraise at least £225
• If you do 10k - Your registration fee will be £5, and you'll fundraise at least £150

Option 2 - do some fundraising, and cover some costs yourself

Or, you can pay for half of the registration fee yourself. We'll pay for the other half, and you'll need to do a bit of fundraising.

• If you do 26 miles - Your registration fee will be £50, and you'll fundraise at least £150
• If you do 13 miles - Your registration fee will be £40, and you'll fundraise at least £120
• If you do 10k - Your registration fee will be £25, and you'll fundraise at least £75

Option 3 - you cover all the costs yourself

In this option, you pay the full cost of the event place. And you can fundraise however much you'd like.

• If you do 26 miles - Your registration fee will be £99
• If you do 13 miles - Your registration fee will be £75
• If you do 10k - Your registration fee will be £49
• If you do 5k - Your registration fee will be £39

What support will I get?

You'll get full support and hospitality from the event organisers, including:

• A fully signed route
• A free winter bobble hat and neck buff
• Regular rest stops
• Free hot food, snacks and drinks
• A medal and certificate at the finish

Mind also offers a fantastic support package, including:

• Loads of training and fundraising advice, with regular email updates
• A Mind technical top
• A dedicated and experienced event coordinator, who'll offer information and support in the run-up to your event
