About the Three Peaks Challenge

Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically challenging adventure as you take on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales exclusively for Mind. Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National Three Peaks Challenge takes in the scenic heights of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.

Over the course of two days, you will trek around 26 miles and ascend a total height of almost 3,000m. Included in the trip are fully qualified and experienced mountain leaders, transport for the duration of the challenge (starting and finishing at Chester train station), accommodation (a bunk house on the Friday night), as well as spectacular views and an amazing experience! For more information about what's included, see the Charity Challenge website

For this challenge, we require that 80% of the fundraising be raised by seven weeks prior to the event weekend.
