About The Mind Walk

On Saturday 17 October there will be hundreds of us walking apart but taking steps together to make sure all of us affected by mental health problems are seen and heard.

We walk together, to fly the flag for mental health.

Coronavirus might make this impossible to do in person. It also makes it more important than ever that everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect.

Although we can’t be together in one place, no matter where we are in the country we’ll walk together in spirit as one unstoppable community united in our mission for understanding, for change, for better mental health.

Choose your route, pull on The Mind Walk T-shirt and join us all on 17 October to fly the flag for better mental health and help make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

Join The Mind Walk and ask your friends and family to donate and show their support for better mental health.

Every person taking part in The Mind Walk will be raising awareness of mental health problems. Your fundraising goal of £100 will help us carry on giving vital support and every donation represents a conversation about mental health that could make all the difference.
