About the event

You're going to want to bring the whole team, because when you're waist-deep in thick, sticky mud you're going to need a helping hand, or 10, to get you through.

It's time to take on the classic with 10 new or updated obstacles and challenges that will push you further than ever before. Add to that the incredible Cholmondeley mud and you've got a mud lover's idea of heaven.

Step up to the challenge for Mind and help make sure no one faces a mental health problem alone.

Join our team!

There are three ways you can join the Mind team:

1. Mind charity place. This year Mind have a number of guaranteed places in the event. If you would like to run on one of these we ask that you pay a non-refundable registration fee of £30 and pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £300.

2. Own place runners. If you have been lucky enough to gain your own place from the event organisers we would love you to join our team.

3. Teams of 10 runners or more. If you would like to run as a team we have a great offer for you, contact the events team for more information.

About the Tough Mudder series

Tough Mudder is being taken back to its roots, with the new ‘Tough Mudder Classic’, offering a thrilling mix of 25 obstacles. There will be at least 10 new or redesigned obstacles at every Tough Mudder Classic, which means these events appeal to new and seasoned Mudders alike.

All locations with a Classic event will now also offer a 5k option, perfect for anyone who wants to experience the challenge of Tough Mudder’s famous obstacles without having to take on the full 10 mile distance. If you would prefer, you can register for the 5k instead.

Once you have registered with us, we will send you a welcome email. We will also send you instructions on how to complete your registration with Tough Mudder.

If there is more than one of you running, you can also set up a team page to make sure you all have the same start time. Start times will usually be with you within a week before the event. If your team does have different start times then don't worry - simply pick which time you would like to start and you can run at that time together.
