Just tell us what you're up to by registering your details. We'll support you every step of the way with fundraising tips and training advice from our expert team.

  • sponsorship forms
  • your own T-shirt(s) to wear for the challenge
  • training advice if needed

£1,000 could be spent on printing 5,000 advice booklets, offering practical advice on subjects such as stress, bereavement, depression and eating disorders.
