About the Simplyhealth Great South Run

Join Team Mind and help ensure no one faces a mental health problem alone.

The Great South Run is a firm favourite in the Mind events calendar. The flat 10 mile course is an ideal race for all running abilities and perfect for gaining a personal best.

20,000 runners will start and finish on Southsea sea front and enjoy beautiful views of the Solent. It's a run steeped in history and runners are given special permission to run through Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home to HMS Victory and the Mary Rose Museum.
