Run for Mind and help to ensure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

How we'll support you

Whether you have your own place or would like a Mind guaranteed charity place, we will be with you every step of the way.

We offer all our runners a fantastic support package including:

  • lots of training and fundraising advice
  • regular email updates
  • a Mind running vest 
  • a dedicated, experienced Fundraising Officer who will provide information and support running up to and after the event
