How do I sign up?
Registration is free and easy. Just follow the steps below.
Click on the 'register now' button. This will take you to our challenge Facebook group.
At the top of the Facebook group, you'll find a pinned post linking to a registration form.
Complete this form. You'll be asked to choose whether you want to fundraise through JustGiving or Facebook.
If you don't have Facebook, you can complete this form and select the JustGiving option.
Set up your fundraising page. We'll then send you a free Mind t-shirt and daily tracker in the post.
By joining the Facebook group, you’ll connect with an incredible community of fellow challengers, celebrating achievements and cheering each other on.
Our friendly team will also be on hand to support you, share tips and answer your questions.
Your fundraising page will automatically set a £150 target. But there's no minimum target for this challenge! So you can choose to increase it, decrease it or keep it as it is.
Why fundraise for Mind?
Now more than ever, people struggling from mental health problems need our support. In the UK, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem this year. We need your help so we can be there – on the other end of the phone, in local communities and campaigning hard.
By fundraising through this challenge, your daily yoga practice will be helping make sure nobody has to face a mental health problem alone.
You can find loads of resources in this section to support you through your challenge.

Yes. The easiest way is to collect their donation offline and donate it your fundraiser yourself. Or by directing them to your JustGiving page if you choose to fundraise off Facebook.
No. Every pound you raise will go straight to Mind. All funds will help provide lifesaving information and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
Each fundraising page has a default target of £150 but you're welcome to edit it to an amount you're more comfortable with.
Of course! If you wish to fundraise for your local Mind, please contact them directly and they'll let you know what fundraising events they're currently running.
20 mins of yoga a day in November is a fundraising challenge, and we'd ask that you please try and fundraise if taking part in the challenge. However, we recognise that times are tough for some of us right now and not everyone will be in the position to donate as much or as often. We'll be on hand to provide support and tips throughout the challenge. Every penny you raise is hugely appreciated and will go towards providing life changing support for those living with a mental health problem. If you'd like to make a one-time donation to Mind instead of fundraise you can do so here.
That’s entirely up to you. You can use our digital tracker which you can download here. This is also a great way to share your progress with your family and friends, which can help increase your fundraising.
You can also use our daily class plan made by our resident yoga expert to guide your yoga journey. Once you've registered we'll send you the guide over email.
Yoga is for everyone! This is your challenge, and you can do it any way you like, to suit your needs and abilities.
Our daily class plan has all experience levels in mind, but you can also find plenty of beginner videos online.
As mush as we'd like you to practice every day, we understand that sometimes life has other plans. If you've skipped a day, just try again tomorrow. The important thing is to give yoga a chance and raise vital funds for mental health.
Yoga can help you to cope with stress and improve wellbeing as well as helping develop flexibility, strength, balance, and co-ordination.
Making a difference
By raising funds for Mind, you're joining our fight for better, more equal mental health services for all. Your fundraising will help us be there for anyone who needs it, when they need it, by providing support and access to the right information.
