  • Share your challenge experience and ideas of fundraising with other 100 milers

100 Miles in October is a fundraising challenge for Mind. Join 100s of incredible Mind supporters in taking on 100 miles during October. You can complete your miles however you like – run, walk, or a bit of both! The important thing is to get out and get moving for better mental health

The first step is to is join our Facebook Group. Click here to join now and you’ll be able to request your free t-shirt, meet other amazing fundraisers, and get loads of tips, support and inspiration from your fellow challengers.

The best way to fundraise is through a Facebook fundraiser. Set up yours up by following this link.

We recommend using Facebook to fundraise for this challenge, but if you do need an alternative then you can fundraise by setting up a Just Giving page here.  However you fundraise don’t forget to join our supportive Facebook group here.

If someone would like to donate to your challenge and they don’t have Facebook the best thing is to collect their donation offline and then donate it direct to your fundraiser yourself.

It’s completely up to you! You could join our Strava group here, or you could track your miles offline using our Mind 100 Miles tracker. Remember, its not about how far or fast you go, but about doing something amazing for mental health.

Of course! This challenge is for everyone, and every mile you complete will make a difference. The important thing is getting out and raising vital funds for mental health.

No, there’s no minimum fundraising amount. Every penny you raise in May will go straight to Mind and help provide lifesaving information and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
