100 Miles in May is a fundraising challenge for Mind. Join 100s of incredible Mind supporters in taking on 100 miles in the month of May. You can complete your miles however you like – run, walk, or a bit of both! The important thing is to get out and get moving for better mental health

First thing to do is join our Facebook Group. Just click join now and then you’ll be able to request your free challenge t-shirt, meet other amazing fundraisers, and get loads of tips and ideas for your challenge

The best way to fundraise is through a Facebook fundraiser. Set up yours up by following this link

Fill in this form and we’ll get a t-shirt out in the post to you in about 7 days

Yes, 100 Miles in May Challenge is taking place on Facebook. If you’d like to do your own 100 miles challenge away from Facebook please just register your details here 

If someone would like to donate to your challenge and they don’t have Facebook the best thing is to collect their donation offline and then donate it direct to your fundraiser yourself

It’s completely up to you! There’s lots of apps and trackers available, or you could go for good old fashioned pen and paper. If it helps, we have created a ‘100 Miles in May for Mind’ Strava group which you can join following this link

There is no need for you to prove to us that you have done your 100 miles – we trust you! However, we would love to hear your updates and how you are getting on by sharing this on the ‘100 Miles for Mind in May’ Facebook group

Of course! This challenge is for everyone, and every mile you complete will make a difference, the important thing is getting out and raising vital funds for mental health.

No, there’s no minimum fundraising amount. Every penny you raise in May will go straight to Mind and help provide lifesaving information and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem
