Funeral collection packs

Order a collection pack for a funeral or memorial service

This information is required to enable us to send your materials out to you in the post. These materials are also suitable for celebration of life services, and similar memorial events.

We will dispatch your pack within 5 working days by second class post. If you need the pack urgently or have any special requirements, please specify this on the form below or contact us on 020 8215 2243 or email [email protected]

Funeral or event date?

Envelope request

We suggest requesting a maximum of 1 envelope per 2 estimated attendees, though you can return any unused envelopes to our office. It is advisable to gain permission from the venue for the collection prior to the event.

Other amount (50 maximum)

The pack will include details of how to send in any donations collected to Mind.

Would you like any pin badges?

We would be delighted to send some Mind pin badges as a token of our thanks, for the immediate family. You can wear these on the day, if this feels right or at any stage afterwards to show your support of Mind.
