Bonded Bracelet prize draw – Terms and conditions

The prize draw is managed by Mind Registered Charity No. 219830

This prize draw is open to Mind members who must provide their contact details to be entered into the prize draw.

No other means of entry will be accepted.

1. Free Entry:

There is no charge for entering the prize draw, no money is exchanged.

2. Number of Entries Allowed:

One entry per person only.

3. Entry:

Entrants will be submitted for entry to the prize draw by providing their name,email address and postcode via a webform at www.mind.org.uk/get-involved/about-minds-membership/membership-pages/member-competitions/bonded-braclet-prize-draw/

4. Closing Date:

The closing date for entry to the prize draws is Friday 26 January. Winners will be notified by no later than Friday 2 February.                     

5. Prizes:

There is one bracelet to be won and the winner will be able to choose the colour of their bracelet. Please refer to restrictions on prizes under Entry Restrictions. The prize described is available at the date of publication. The prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or changed. There are no cash alternatives. In case of the winner being under 18 the prize will need to be claimed by a parent or guardian.

6. Entry Restrictions:

The free prize draw entry is restricted to UK residents who are Mind members.

Mind employees and their immediate families may not apply, nor may anyone else directly associated with the competition.

7. Independence of the Draw:

The draw will be independently supervised and one winner will be picked at random from all the entries.

8. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by email by no later than Friday 2 February. If the winner has not engaged within 2 weeks of receipt of the email or decides they do not want the prize, another draw under the same terms as the first draw will take place.

10. Disclaimers:

All entries will be added to our database for retrieval at the closing date time. We cannot accept any responsibility for incomplete, lost, delayed or damaged entries.

11. Retention of Terms and Conditions:

The free prize draw terms and conditions are available on request by calling Mind on 020 8519 2122 or on our website. Should the terms and conditions be amended, these avenues will be updated for entrants review. If printed, this is not a controlled document.

It is a condition of entry that all terms and conditions are adhered to. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Data Protection:

Mind will only process the personal data you have provided to administer the prize draw.

Mind will process entrant details to respond to the enquiry, they will retain entrant details for monitoring and analysis. Even when the entrant has opted in to future contact from Mind they may only use those details to provide further information on Mind campaigns and news.

The name of the winner will be available by contacting Mind two months after the closing date.

13. Applicable law:

English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
