What is Mind membership:
Mind’s members are at the heart of our work. By becoming a member, you join a growing group of people who play a part in everything we do, and who are determined to make sure that no-one faces a mental health problem alone.
As a Mind member you can:
- get involved in all aspect of Mind’s work (from surveys, events and campaigns)
- vote for Mind Trustees and help shape the issues Mind should be focusing on
- keep updated on the mental health sector
- share your own personal experiences
- access expert advice and resources

What we are looking for:
- You are Mind shop volunteer
- Willingness to participate in a group discussion
- Ability to travel to workshop
- You are/are not a Mind member, depending on the focus group you select.
What can you expect from us:
We are able to pay each participant £50 for taking part and also cover any travel expenses. We are able to book travel for participants beforehand however the £50 participation fee will be provided around 2 weeks after the discussion group takes place.
We will be sending out a pack with information and advice before the focus group takes place. There will be a quiet room available at all times, should you feel that you need some time away from the session.
