We know this might be a difficult and stressful time, so we've put together some information to help manage your wellbeing > mind.org.uk/coronavirus. Thank you for supporting Mind.
Become a Mind member and we'll keep you up-to-date with all of the latest mental health news. We'll let you know about Mind events and groups in your area. And we'll support you to get your voice heard.
A standard one-year membership costs £26. A one-year membership if you are unemployed, receiving benefits, retired or a full-time student costs £6. The membership payment helps to cover the cost of our membership scheme and allows us to communicate to a wider audience.
As a member, you can get involved in Mind's work in all sorts of ways. There's no pressure to do anything, but if you are keen to take action we'll support you every step of the way. Potential options include:
"Being a Mind member enables me to be a valued part of a force that shapes how society approaches mental health. Mind wants to know what I think and will help my voice be heard and honoured."
Joanna, Mind member from Cardiff
"I am now a trustee as well as a director of the local Mind, and I help to teach Mindfulness therapy to others. I cannot possibly overstate how much of a positive influence my Mind membership has been."
Scott, Mind member from Northants
"Through Mind membership, I had the first opportunity to talk openly about mental illness with others who had experienced the same things as me – a life-changing experience."
Felicity, Mind member from London
