Ready to have your say on the future of Mind?

As a Mind member, you can vote for the sixteen trustees who oversee Mind's work – meaning you have a direct say in electing the people who steer what we do.

Not only that, but all trustees need to be Mind members. So if you’re passionate about helping Mind fulfil its mission, why not think about becoming a trustee?

To be a trustee, you need to be:

  • knowledgeable about mental health
  • willing to engage with people who have mental health problems
  • a creative and strategic thinker
  • a good communicator and listener
  • focused on Mind's goals and objectives.

Meet our trustees

‘Mind’s members are passionate individuals. Many have experienced mental health problems themselves, but find the strength and dedication to stand alongside others to demand respect, rights, dignity and an end to stigma.'

Ryan Campbell, Mind's Chair of trustees

Mind's members and supporters are a diverse group of people and it's vital that our trustees reflect that diversity. As such, half of the trustees on our board must have personal experience of mental illness. Find out more about our trustees.
