Fundraising feels great

Getting together with friends, family and neighbours or taking on a personal challenge is a great way to support Mind plus we think it feels great too.

The only limit on what you do is your imagination. You could take part in one of our organised events such as a run, skydive, cycle or swim. Or why not organise your own event; from holding a concert, to washing cars, to collections and sponsored silences – the options are limitless.

Have a look below for our suggestions and ideas for more inspiration.
