£10 - could help us answer calls to our Infoline, providing someone with vital support and information about help in their area.
£20 - could run our online peer support community Side by Side for an hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.
£40 - could help us campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring people get the support they need, as soon as they need it.
£60 – could help support projects at a local Mind, via our Grant Fund – helping people near you to access talking therapy, support groups, and care when they’re in a crisis.
We're working to make sure nobody is left behind. People need our support more than ever, and demand for our services is growing.
In 2020-21, we supported over 117,000 people.
In March 2022, we saw 4,200 join our online community Side by Side.
There were 90,000 visits to our children and young people information this March.
You can support people with mental health problems in lots of ways. Whether it's donating to our charity shops or giving through payroll, here are some ideas.
