Keeping in touch

We would like to send you information about the work we do, ways we can support you and you can support us, to make sure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. As well as sharing our latest news, we will contact you about events and fundraising for Mind, our campaigns and the many ways you can shape our work - or you can choose just the areas that mean the most to you by ticking the box below.

We will ask you these questions each time you complete a form to make sure we always have your latest preferences – so if you wish to keep hearing from us, please opt-in each time.

If we have your postal address, we may contact you by post unless you tell us otherwise.

We take your privacy seriously and promise to never sell your data. You can find out more about your rights, how we use your personal information and how we keep your details safe and secure by reading our Privacy Policy. For more information, to update your choices or to stop us sending you updates, contact our Supporter Relations team at [email protected] or on 020 8215 2243.

We're making a difference

We're working to make sure nobody is left behind. People need our support more than ever, and demand for our services is growing.

In 2020-21, we supported over 117,000 people.

In March 2022, we saw 4,200 join our online community Side by Side.

There were 90,000 visits to our children and young people information this March.
