This is a mental health emergency, but together we'll make sure no one faces it alone.
In this pandemic, the things we relied on to cope have been taken from us. Thousands of key workers will be pushed to the brink. And for those of us already struggling with a mental health problem, the consequences are almost unthinkable.
This is a mental health emergency - but together, we’ll make sure no one faces it alone. Will you donate today to help us protect, support, and save lives?
Our President, Stephen Fry, explains why your support is needed more than ever:
The mental health of so many of us is at stake right now, and the years of progress we’ve made is at risk. In the coming weeks, we expect the demand for our vital support services to spiral – and we must be equipped to meet it.
With your help, we’ll continue to provide the right support at the right time, through services like our helpline, online peer support network, and in communities through our network of local Minds. We’ll continue to be there for anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We’ll be there to provide bespoke support for the incredible frontline workers, who are facing one of the biggest challenges of their lives. Most importantly, we’ll be there for you.
If you can, please donate today.
We've put together some ideas for virtual fundraising that you can do from home.
Your legacy could help us be there to support future generations.
A Memory Space is an online fundraising page and a wonderful way to honour and remember your loved one.
