West Sussex Mind – pathfinder mental health workers

West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to promoting mental wellbeing in local communities and supporting the recovery and independence of individuals we give support to.

We're looking for mental health recovery workers to join our busy and exciting mental health services – that's also part of Pathfinder West Sussex.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Offer recovery-focused one-to-one and group support
• Develop our peer-led support within services and workshop programme

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience of working with people with mental health problems or individuals with lived experience of mental health
• Enthusiasm and passion for recovery-focused mental health work
• Commitment to your work
• Initiative and ability to contribute to the direction and development of the service
