West Sussex Mind – pathfinder mental health recovery worker

Are you passionate about mental health recovery work and looking for a new challenge? We have a vacancy as a pathfinder mental health recovery worker in our Littlehampton team, supporting people aged 18 and over.

What you'll do

You'll work collaboratively with people with lived experience of mental health problems. Together, you'll co-produce goal-focused recovery plans, person-centred safety plans and self-management group sessions.
